I've spent years planning and driving road trips — first for my own trips, then for friends who kept asking for my routes and recommendations. Wander Astray grew out of a simple realization: most travel advice online is either too generic to be useful or padded with affiliate links and recycled listicles.

Every route I sell or plan is checked in detail before it goes out. I research each one extensively — cross-referencing with other experienced travel planners, verifying drive times, checking seasonal closures, and confirming that every stop earns its place on the itinerary.

My philosophy is straightforward: efficiency isn't about rushing. It's about spending time in the right places, not the wrong ones. The best travel plans aren't about seeing everything — they're about seeing the right things, at the right time, in the right order. That's what I optimize for.

What Wander Astray is not: generic listicles, recycled travel blog advice, or itineraries designed to look impressive on a map but fall apart in practice. What it is: specific, carefully checked, structured planning that respects your time and your budget.

I started this business because I believe a well-planned travel plan is one of the best experiences you can have.
